 If you need to order a Certificate of Status (also known as a Certificate of Good Standing)  from the California Secretary of State with an Apostille on it, we can get that for you- within 2 business days of your order.  The price is $10 per Certificate of Good Standing and our regular Apostille fees of $135 for the first document in your order, and $80 for each additional document in your order, plus $25 for Fed Ex 2 day shipping.  

We can obtain however many Certificates that you need, for any and all Corporations that you specify which are on record with the California Secretary of State's office.

We charge $135 for the first California Apostille in your order, and $80 for each additional Apostille in your order.  We charge $25 for Fed Ex 2-Day shipping to anywhere in the Continental United States.
